During my stay at Sofitel, I was pleasantly surprised by how the hotel not only met but exceeded my high expectations. The ironing facilities were exceptional - when I needed a quick touch-up before a dinner reservation, the staff promptly took care of it with precision. The air conditioning in the room was perfectly adjustable, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. Finally, the tea and coffee facilities were a delightful touch, allowing me to relax on the terrace with a hot beverage while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding area. Sofitel truly impressed me with their attention to detail and impeccable service, making my stay unforgettable.
